About Donald Long, FNP-C
Donald Long is an experienced healthcare provider specializing in advanced wound care, bringing over a decade of clinical practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a strong foundational background informed by more than 13 years of prior experience as a Chiropractor in personal injury care. His diverse training, combined with experience in emergency medicine, pain management, and family practice, has equipped him with a comprehensive and deeply informed approach to supporting the complex healing needs of aging adults.
Throughout his career, Donald has managed a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, giving him the ability to identify and address the medical, mobility, and vascular factors that often influence wound progression and recovery. His work in high‑acuity settings has strengthened his capacity to think critically, respond quickly, and provide timely, effective, and compassionate care.
Fluent in Spanish, Donald has spent the past 10 years serving the underserved Hispanic community in family practice, fostering strong relationships and delivering culturally competent, patient‑centered care.
Grounded by over 22 years of marriage and a deep commitment to family, Donald brings integrity, empathy, and clinical excellence to every patient he serves. His goals are to promote healing, enhance quality of life, and ensure that all individuals feel welcome, respected, and supported.
